Randi Borth

Randi Borth has served as the Chief Financial Officer at AVI Systems since 1999, overseeing all financial functions including shared services, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, risk management, and financial and regulatory reporting. Prior to this role, Randi held the position of Director of Finance at Carlson Companies, Inc. from April 1990 to April 1999, managing financial operations for the company in Detroit and Australasia. Randi earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting from the University of North Dakota between 1976 and 1978.
