Matthew Frick

Matthew Frick has a strong background in the automotive industry with experience in various roles. Matthew is currently employed at Ourisman Chantilly Toyota as the Fixed Operations Director since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Fixed Operations Director at Ourisman Chevrolet Buick GMC of Alexandria from May 2021 to August 2023.

Before joining Ourisman, Matthew was the Parts & Service Director at Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Fiat & Maserati of Washington from January 2019 to February 2021. In this role, they achieved significant improvements in customer satisfaction scores, parts and accessory sales, and service efficiency.

Matthew's earlier career includes positions at Penske Automotive Group, where they served as the Service Manager from March 2010 to November 2018. During this time, they successfully developed and expanded the service department, consistently growing sales and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings. Matthew was also featured in an Audi Progress video for Audi of America, highlighting their team's success in maintaining remarkable customer satisfaction scores.

Prior to Penske, Matthew worked at BMW of Fairfax as a Parts Inventory specialist from August 2001 to June 2004.

Matthew Frick attended St. Paul VI Catholic High School from 1996 to 2000. Matthew then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from York College of Pennsylvania from 2000 to 2004. In 2013, they completed the NADA General Manager Academy and earned a certification in Automotive General Management.
