Anouchka Sarif has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2020, they co-founded OurOffice, Inc., where they currently serve as the Head of Customer Success and Partnerships. OurOffice provides a unique solution for building inclusive workplace cultures through their Diversity and Inclusion as a Service (DIaaS) platform. Prior to this, in 2014, Anouchka was a co-founder at Updopt, where they handled operations. Anouchka also worked as a freelance consultant at DyQuest from 2014 to 2020. In 2011, they held the position of Senior Manager at The North Highland Company. Before that, they were the Volunteer Development Manager at the non-profit organization, Youth Mentoring Connection, in 2010. From 2005 to 2009, they served as an Account Manager at LRN, engaging with Fortune 500 companies to ensure effective rollout of Compliance and Ethics solutions. Anouchka also has experience as a Managing Consultant at Chaucer Consulting Ltd from 2003 to 2005 and as a Business Transformation Consultant at IBM UK from 2000 to 2003.

Anouchka Sarif completed their education with a B Pharm (Hons) degree in Pharmacy from The School of Pharmacy, University of London, from 1991 to 1994. Later, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School in the years 1998-1999.
