Lucilene Prado

Lucilene Prado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal, tax, and governance sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at FM/Derraik since May 2014, Lucilene manages the Tax and Third Sector areas. Lucilene holds several advisory and governance roles, including positions on the boards of Mahogany Cosméticos, Mundial S.A. Oficial, Grupo Sanchez & Sanchez, and serves on audit and finance committees for Ourofino Saúde Animal and Baruel. Prior experience includes teaching at Insper and significant roles at Natura, where Lucilene advanced from Tax Manager to General Counsel. Lucilene's educational background includes a degree in Legal and Social Sciences from Universidade de Ribeirão Preto and specialized governance training from IBGC.
