Mayara Calil

Mayara Calil is an experienced HR Business Partner currently working at Ourofino Saúde Animal since November 2021. In this role, Mayara focuses on aligning HR strategies with the needs of technical operations and innovation teams while implementing cultural programs using the Barret methodology, conducting GPTW-certified organizational climate surveys, and managing performance systems like SAP.
