Serge Tjin Wong Joe

Serge Tjin Wong Joe holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology. With extensive experience in various companies, Serge currently serves as the Chief Technical Officer at Commewijne Port Facility nv, Co-Founder at OuroX, and Chief Technical Officer & Co-founder at Icarus Systems. Additionally, Serge has co-founded Icarus Blockchain Inc, Icarus Fintech Inc., and has served as a Regional Director at International Practical Shooting Confederation. In the past, Serge has also worked as a Co-Executive Director at IBT Engineering Consultants and as a Lecturer in Civil Engineering at Poly Technical College Suriname PTC.
