Ibukunoluwa Martins has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2015, Martins worked as an intern at the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission, where they focused on ensuring the functionality of hardware, software, and internet facilities. In 2016, they joined Zich Electrics and Engineering as a Technical Support Engineer, where they ensured customer satisfaction and conducted testing and evaluation of projects. From 2017 to 2019, Martins served as an Assistant Business Developer at Abuja Technology Village FZC / enspire Incubator, organizing seminars and projects for Nigerian youths and facilitating customer engagement. In 2019, they became the Lead Operations Officer at Fitandpro Sports Management, overseeing various departments and marketing the sportswear apparel brand. Currently, Martins is working as a Business Analyst at OurPass, where they utilize data to form business insights and collaborate with stakeholders to develop growth strategies.

From 2011 to 2017, Ibukunoluwa Martins attended Covenant University, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information and Communication Engineering.
