Eric Younge

Eric Younge is a highly experienced engineer and co-founder of Ouster, where key responsibilities include firmware development, integration, and laser systems, held since September 2015. Prior to this role, Younge served as an Avionics Systems Integration Engineer at Space Exploration Technologies, focusing on the integration of second-stage Merlin engines from flight 16 onwards. Earlier experiences include work at Lockheed Martin's Advanced Development Program, where Younge designed a robotic vehicle prototype, and multiple research assistant positions at Stanford University, analyzing decision-making influences and developing prototypes for various organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
