Jennifer Caracciolo, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant and Leadership Coach at Rocky Mountain Equality since June 2022, Jennifer previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Seagate Technology from December 2016 to June 2022. Prior to this, Jennifer was the Global Director of Human Resources at SolidFire, Inc. from September 2014 to May 2016 and spent nearly a decade at Lockheed Martin Corporation, where the role was Director from 2005 to August 2014. Earlier career experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Coherent Technologies, Inc. from 2002 to 2005. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
