Analicia Hawkins

Analicia Hawkins is a skilled events manager with extensive experience in organizing and coordinating diverse programs and events, particularly in the areas of gender and LGBTQ+ equity. Currently serving as a Senior Events Manager at Out & Equal since June 2016, Analicia has held progressive roles within the organization. Prior experience includes the position of Women's Program Coordinator at the AS Gender and Sexuality Equity Center, where successful initiatives included planning significant events such as the Women’s Conference and advocating for a new Trans Program. Analicia's background also features roles in sales, internships, and various service-oriented positions, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Multicultural and Gender Studies from California State University, Chico.
