Gabriel de la Cruz Soler is an experienced professional in LGBTQI+ advocacy and inclusion within the workplace and cultural sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Global Impact Programs for Out & Equal since November 2021, Gabriel manages initiatives focused on enhancing LGBTQI+ workplace inclusion in Latin America. Previously, Gabriel held the position of Director General at Presente, where efforts centered on integrating LGBTQI+ diversity in the workforce through educational and artistic resources. Prior roles include Coordinador General at No Tengo Miedo, leading strategies for public policy advocacy for LGBTQI+ rights, and cultural manager at Tránsito - Vías de Comunicación Escénica, developing participatory methodologies for public sector projects. Earlier experience also includes directing projects at Transparencia, emphasizing citizen participation and gender in political contexts. Gabriel holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
