As the Founder of Out & Equal Workplace Advocates, Selisse led operations and strategic direction, significantly growing the organization from a modest budget to a $10 million annual operation, while also spearheading global initiatives for workplace protections. Selisse Berry Consulting operates concurrently, focusing on strategic guidance in these areas. Educationally, Selisse holds a Master of Divinity in Theology/Ethics from San Francisco Theological Seminary, a Master of Science in Guidance Counseling/Education from The University of Texas at Dallas, and a Bachelor of Science in Counseling/Education from the University of North Texas.
