Out for Undergrad
Justin Shnayder is an emerging finance professional with diverse experience in corporate and investment banking, private equity, and equity research. Notable roles include a Summer Corporate and Investment Banking Analyst at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking in 2024, a Private Equity Summer Analyst at Industrial Succession Group in 2023, and an Equity Research Summer Analyst at P.A.W. Capital Partners in 2022. Justin is also the founder of Erasing E-waste, a seed-funded initiative aimed at addressing the global electronic waste crisis. In addition, an Energy Research Intern at Stony Brook University’s Rafailovich Lab contributed to the development of novel perovskite solar cells, with findings presented at the 2021 Materials Research Society symposium. Currently, Justin is pursuing dual degrees in Finance at The Wharton School and Arts at the University of Pennsylvania, set to graduate in May 2026.

Out for Undergrad
Out for Undergrad is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping high potential LGBTQ undergraduates reach their full potential in their careers. The organization hosts four annual conferences: Out for Undergrad Business Conference (O4U Business), Out for Undergrad Technology Conference (O4U Tech), Out for Undergrad Marketing Conference (O4U Marketing) & Out for Undergrad Engineering Conference (O4U Engineering). O4U’s conferences are designed to help LGBTQ students develop as leaders and individuals. Via a series of learning modules, students are guided through the cultivation of industry-specific skills, the development of coaching relationships, and discussions centered around being LGBTQ-identified in the workplace. The O4U conferences bring together the nation's most high-potential undergraduate leaders for a weekend of education, inspiration, community building, and career development. O4U Business is for students interested in careers in financial services, management consulting, and accounting. O4U Tech is aimed at students interested in careers at the world’s leading tech companies. O4U Marketing is for students pursuing a career in marketing, branding or product development. O4U Engineering is geared towards students interested in defense & aerospace, energy, hardware, and mechanical engineering. Out for Undergrad began in 2004 as the Out for Undergrad Business Conference at Cornell University. The conference was geared towards LGBT undergraduates interested in pursuing careers in management consulting and investment banking, two industries that have been historically perceived as less friendly to LGBT students. Out for Undergrad is run by an all-volunteer team of young professionals and a national Board of Directors. The organization’s alumni number in the thousands and comprise a cohort of exceptional LGBT professionals in impressive, diverse careers around the globe.
