Daniel Dudley

Daniel Dudley is a seasoned business operations executive with extensive experience in healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Plume Clinic, Daniel oversees initiatives aimed at transforming healthcare for the transgender and gender non-conforming community. As a cofounder and advisor at Lazurite, Daniel has been instrumental in the development of innovative surgical tools. Past roles include Chief Operating Officer at Lazurite, Director of Operations at Aronetics, and Director of Marketing and Revenue Operations at RxWare, among others. Daniel also contributes to the tech community as the Cleveland Chapter Head for Out in Tech and as a mentor with FedTech, supporting Deep Tech entrepreneurs. Daniel holds a BA from Oberlin College and has completed business programs at Harvard Business School Online and Wharton Online.
