Jacqueline Dailey has a diverse range of work experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and operations management. In 1997, they started working at Northwest Plumbing as a Controller and Service Operations Manager. Jacqueline continued to pursue opportunities in the accounting field and worked as a Mortgage Banker at Home Loan Center in 2001. From 2003 to 2007, they served as a Controller and Operations Manager at MIS Associates Inc. Dailey then joined Johnson Controls as a Service Operations Agent from 2007 to 2009. In 2011, they worked at Thornton & Grooms Plumbing & HVAC as an Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Sales professional. Jacqueline was a Board Member at Shady Shakespeare Theater Company in 2013. Dailey also gained experience as a Bookkeeper and Property Manager at Royal Rose Properties from 2002 to 2011. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a QuickBooks Instructor at JVS of Southfield, MI. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director of Accounting & Data Services at Out of the Box Technology, starting in 2019. Additionally, Dailey is the Founder of Dailey Bookkeeping Services, which they established in 2002.

Jacqueline Dailey pursued their education starting in the year 2000 at Oakland Community College, where they studied Accounting and Business/Management and completed their Transfering Community College Credits in 2002. Jacqueline then attended the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, Management, and Operations (BSB/A).

In addition to their formal education, Jacqueline Dailey has earned multiple certifications in various accounting and bookkeeping software. In November 2012, they became a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor through Intuit. In the same year, they also obtained the Xero Bronze Partner & Xero Certified Accountant certification from Xero. Furthermore, they became a Registered Return Tax Preparer with the Internal Revenue Service in November 2012. In January 2013, they achieved the Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) designation from the NACPB.

Moreover, Jacqueline Dailey gained expertise in QuickBooks by becoming an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor in December 2013 and a Certified QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions ProAdvisor in April 2013, both through Intuit. Jacqueline also became a Xero Payroll Specialist in January 2014.

Additionally, Jacqueline Dailey completed 69 CPE Hours of H&R Block Tax Training, although the exact month and year of completion are unknown.
