Roxanne Sharpe

Roxanne Sharpe is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent development. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Out West Restaurant Group since October 2022, Roxanne previously held a similar role at TouchBistro, where the focus was on expanding the Sales team within the US market. Roxanne also worked at Homes.com as a Recruiting Manager/Senior Recruiter, leading high volume recruitment for a top-performing sales division. Prior to that, Roxanne gained experience in full-cycle recruitment at NETCAST BPO Services LLC and Bridgepoint Education. Earlier in the career, Roxanne worked as an Account Executive at AppleOne, specializing in various recruitment placements and business development in San Diego. Roxanne holds a BA in Motion Pictures/Video from the Academy of Art University.
