Christopher Dowling

Christopher Dowling is an experienced nonprofit development professional with a strong focus on supporting LGBTQ+ youth and communities. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Out Youth since October 2022, Christopher leads a fundraising team dedicated to engaging individual donors, foundations, and corporations. Previously, Christopher held the position of Development Manager at Q Christian Fellowship, successfully building a $350k fundraising program to assist marginalized LGBTQ+ individuals of faith. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Development at PelotonU, focusing on grants management, and Director of Advancement at the University Catholic Center, where Christopher managed a $900k annual budget and cultivated relationships with high-value donors. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Youth Ministry at St. Catherine of Siena Church. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Dallas.
