Jaryn Holbrook Janeway, MBA, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of Programs & Operations at Out Youth, with responsibilities encompassing programmatic strategy, human resources, and technology management. With a background in operational leadership and strategic consulting, Jaryn founded The Lone Star Diva, LLC, providing tailored consulting services to nonprofits and entrepreneurs. Notable accomplishments include successfully coordinating a major fundraising gala and migrating donor management systems that significantly increased donations. Previous roles include Directorship at the Central Texas Transgender Health Coalition and key positions at the Austin Gay & Lesbian International Film Festival. Jaryn holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Texas McCombs School of Business and various certifications in nonprofit management and business foundations.
