Sapan Bafna

Sapan Bafna has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sapan is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Outamation, a fintech company specializing in workflow automation and rapid application development. Sapan joined the company in June 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Oncospark, a healthcare organization focused on value-based care driven by technology-enabled services. Sapan was also responsible for implementing effective operational and financial processes during their tenure from June 2022.

Before their current roles, Sapan worked at CoreLogic for a significant period, holding positions such as Senior Leader in Advanced Delivery Engines & CondoSafe, and Senior Leader. Sapan worked at CoreLogic from 2004 to 2022. Prior to that, they were involved in Global Sourcing & Management at First American Financial Corporation from 2004 to 2006.

Sapan's earlier experiences include working at Equitrac as part of the Strategy Planning & Analysis team in 2003. Sapan also held the position of Deputy CFO/Director of Finance at ICSAT NV, where they managed the finance department and oversaw HR functions. Additionally, they served as the Director of Finance and HR at ICSAT US/Amadeus, where they played a key role in opening an Offshore Development Center in India. Their earliest role was in Planning & Analysis at Amadeus US from 1999 to 2001.

Throughout their career, Sapan Bafna has demonstrated leadership skills, financial expertise, and a strong understanding of various industries such as fintech, healthcare, and real estate.

Sapan Bafna began their education at St. Paul's Higher Secondary School in Indore, where they pursued a Higher Secondary degree with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from 1979 to 1992. They then attended Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and obtained a BS in Accounting and Finance from 1993 to 1995, studying Finance and Taxation. Sapan continued their studies at the same university and earned a Master of Business Economics degree from 1995 to 1997, specializing in Business Economics and International Finance. They further pursued higher education by attending Florida International University in 1998 and 1999, where they obtained an MBA degree, focusing on Management Information Systems and Finance. Sapan also attended the School of Mortgage Banking from 2006 to 2008, earning an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) certification. They have additional certifications such as PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute, obtained in November 2021, and the Mortgage Action Alliance Member certification from the Mortgage Bankers Association, obtained in June 2020.
