Jean-Philippe Samson

Jean-Philippe Samson has substantial work experience in the operations, client success, and product fields. Jean-Philippe served as the Vice President of Operations, Client Success, and Product at Outbox from August 2015 onwards. Before that, they worked at AXS as the Implementation Director from February 2011 to August 2015. Prior to their time at AXS, they held multiple roles at Outbox, including Client Services Manager and Project Manager, from March 2007 to February 2011.

Jean-Philippe Samson completed their Bachelor's degree in Business - Information Technologies Management at the Université de Sherbrooke from 2001 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Electronic commerce management at the same university from 2004 to 2007.
