Stéfany Clouâtre, CRHA has a diverse work experience in various roles. Stéfany began their career at P.Baillargeon as a Commis comptable from May 2007 to August 2009. Stéfany then worked as a Responsable des comptes clients at Construction S.R.B. from March 2010 to September 2010. Stéfany gained further experience as a Recruteur/Head Hunter de professionnels comptabilité et finance at KEROSENE, where they handled recruitment and headhunting activities in the accounting and finance field from an unknown start date to February 2016.

In February 2016, Stéfany joined Mediagrif Interactive Technologies Inc. as a Conseillère au recrutement and later transitioned to Conseillère, ressources humaines. Mediagrif Interactive Technologies Inc. is a leader in the development and operation of electronic business networks, with over 500 employees across Canada, the United States, and Europe. Stéfany held these roles until February 2019.

After that, Stéfany worked as the Directrice des ressources humaines at Letko Brosseau from February 2019 to November 2019. Currently, they are serving as the Directrice, talent et culture at Outbox Technology, starting from November 2019.
