David Kraus

David is a Clinical Psychologist, as well as an accomplished researcher on the assessment and treatment of behavioral health issues. He developed the Treatment Outcome Package (TOP) psychological tool in the 1990s and since then it has been used with great success by mental health organizations, private therapists and child welfare agencies. In 2011, David was awarded a patent for using medical treatment outcomes data to direct matched referrals. David received a BA from Oberlin College and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Boston University.
