Larry Bailey

Larry Bailey has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Larry is currently the Vice President of Business Development at OutcomeRx. Prior to that, they co-founded Vida Avanz, LLC and worked as a Senior Advisor at INSKI Consultants, LLC. In 2022, Larry was the Head of Insurance Product & Operations at Onuu. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the Chief Product and Underwriting Officer at Kemper, where they successfully implemented strategies to protect earnings and defend against captive agency turnover during the COVID-19 outbreak. Larry also has extensive experience at MetLife, where they held various roles such as SVP Finance - Latam, Chief Technical Officer - Mexico, and Executive Director and Chief Actuary - Brazil. During their time at MetLife, they managed different aspects including FP&A, product, underwriting, and actuarial reserving, and led teams of various sizes. Larry collaborated with insurtech start-ups, conducted data analysis, and implemented strategies to improve profitability and reverse losses.

Larry Bailey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Rutgers University - Camden. Larry also holds a Master of Science degree in Actuarial Science from Temple University.
