Jackie Shine is the Vice President of Clinical Program Delivery and Network Enablement at Outcomes®, a position held since 2025. Previously, Jackie served as Director of Clinical Program Management & Performance at Outcomes™ from 2023 to 2025 and held various roles in Clinical Services at OutcomesMTM, a Cardinal Health company, from 2021 to 2023. Jackie began their career in pharmacy as an intern at Medicap Pharmacy from 2013 to 2016 and enhanced their skills as a Teaching Assistant and Student Ambassador at Drake University between 2012 and 2015. Jackie earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Drake University.
