Caitlin Fischer

Caitlin Fischer is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and support roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Channel Engagement Associate and Technical Specialist at Outcomes™ since January 2020, Caitlin previously worked at Children & Families of Iowa as a Customer Service Specialist from June 2017 to January 2021. Earlier experience includes roles as a Milieu Treatment Counselor at Orchard Place, where responsibilities involved assisting youth in developing healthy relationships, as well as various positions in service and maintenance. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Family Services from the University of Northern Iowa, achieved between 2012 and 2015.
