Chris Choa

Chris Choa is an accomplished leader in urban development and architecture, currently serving as the Founder and Director of OUTCOMIST since October 2020, where strategic oversight for complex urban projects is provided. Simultaneously, Chris holds a position as a Board Member at the Saudi Ministry of Culture's Architecture and Design Commission and as a Senior Consultant at AECOM, where project leadership in urban master planning and economic development is emphasized. With extensive experience, including roles as Vice President - Managing Director of AECOM’s Cities Consulting practice, Global Trustee for the Urban Land Institute, and Advisor for COIMA and the Land Art Generator Initiative, Chris has established a reputation for assembling collaborative teams and enhancing urban strategies. Previous positions include Principal at EDAW/AECOM and Senior Partner at HLW International, supplemented by an educational background that includes a Master of Architecture from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Yale University.
