Katia P. has over a decade of experience in the fashion industry, currently serving as Vice President and VP of Design and Operations at OUTDOOR CUSTOM SPORTSWEAR LLC since February 2014. Katia has held multiple roles within the company, including Director of Design & Merchandising and Designer. In addition to this, Katia is the Small Business Owner of TRU Boutique, an online fashion retailer established during maternity leave. Katia's earlier career includes positions as Associate Fashion Designer and Assistant Fashion Designer at PING from July 2011 to February 2014. Katia holds a Bachelor of Fashion Design with a Minor in Business from Missouri State University, earned between 2007 and 2011.
