Martin Hankinson has a diverse work experience in the operations and customer service field. Martin began their career at Mayo Retail Internet Services, LLC, where they worked as an Order Processing Specialist from August 2010 to January 2013. Martin then served as the Logistics and Customer Service Manager at Mayo Retail Internet Services, LLC from January 2013 to January 2015.

In 2015, Martin moved to Outdoor Equipped, where they took on multiple roles. Martin started as the Director of Jewelry, responsible for managing an international team and making the jewelry segment profitable. In January 2015, they transitioned to the role of Customer Service Manager, providing skip-level management to a team of 12 customer service employees. In April 2016, they became the Director of Operational Metrics, overseeing customer service and data analytics teams and acting as a bridge between leadership and technical teams. Finally, they assumed the position of Vice President Operations in January 2021, where they are responsible for ensuring that all internal operations meet company metrics and customer expectations.
