Caroline MacMillan

Caroline MacMillan has an extensive background in product development and operations in the outdoor and activewear industry. With experience at companies like Outdoor Research, GoLite, Nube, Royal Robbins, ExOfficio, and CDK Global, Caroline has held various senior-level positions managing product development, design, merchandising, and team building. Caroline holds a BFA in Costume and Set Design from Cornish College of the Arts and an AAS in Apparel Design from Seattle Central College.
