Karli Kromm

Karli Kromm is an experienced designer in the outdoor and sportswear industry, currently serving as an Outerwear Designer at Outdoor Research since December 2021. Prior to this role, Karli held the position of Lead Designer and Product Developer at GoLite from April 2018 to May 2020, overseeing the complete process of men’s and women’s sportswear knits, wovens, and activewear. Karli's experience at Zumiez spanned six years, where responsibilities included managing styles as an Apparel Designer and Associate Apparel Designer, contributing to the growth of private label brands, and providing design support across various categories. Earlier experience includes roles at The Fashion Office as a Runway Dresser and involvement in production at Zumiez, INC. Karli holds a degree in Product Development from FIDM, further enhancing qualified expertise in design and development.
