Morgan Schank

Morgan Schank is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, design, and sustainability, currently serving as Co-Owner of ANA Coaching since March 2023, where the mission focuses on inclusive coaching for runners in the Seattle Community. In addition, Morgan holds roles as an Associate Designer and Colorist at Outdoor Research, and Co-Founder and Designer at Brevay. Previously, Morgan was the Vice President of the Women's Running Coaches Collective, advocating for women coaches in athletics, and worked as an Online Running Coach with Team RunRun. Morgan's design expertise was further developed at Oiselle as Designer and Sustainability Lead, and experience includes coaching at Roosevelt High School, as well as roles in retail management and sustainability internships. Morgan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design with a focus on Athletic Wear from Kent State University.
