Robert Bryan

Robert Bryan is an experienced Materials Manager with a career spanning over two decades in the textile and apparel industry. Currently serving as the Materials Manager at Outdoor Research since January 2021, Robert has held previous roles including Raw Materials Manager at Chico's FAS, Inc. and Materials Manager/Innovation Lead at Oakley. Additionally, Robert contributed to education as an instructor at Portland Fashion Institute, teaching courses in textiles and apparel sourcing. Previous positions include Senior Materials Development at Nike Sportswear, Senior Manager of Fabric Research & Development at Abercrombie & Fitch Corp, and roles in fabric research and development at Target and OshKosh B'gosh. Robert holds a BS in Textiles and a BA in Art+Design from North Carolina State University.
