Timothy Laynor

Timothy Laynor is a dedicated and results-oriented professional with extensive experience in strategic sales, marketing, and program management. Serving as the VP of Government Programs and formerly as Director of Tactical Programs at Outdoor Research since April 2011, Laynor has demonstrated a proven ability to maximize revenue by capitalizing on market trends to secure new accounts and expand existing portfolios. Prior to this role, Laynor served as a Medical Officer in the US Army from 2002 to 2011, where responsibilities included creating tailored medical training for National Guard and Reserve Medical Units and conducting numerous training sessions for soldiers. Laynor holds a BA in Military History and English from Old Dominion University.
