The Outdoor Voices leadership team is composed of individuals with a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences. Previous roles held by members of the team include positions in retail management, software engineering, mobile development, human resources, design, and marketing. Educational backgrounds range from degrees in history and philosophy to business administration and engineering. This diverse set of skills and experiences allows the team to approach problems from a variety of perspectives and helps them to better understand the needs of their customers.
