Jerry Coble

Jerry Coble is the current Director of Engineering at Outer Aisle Gourmet. Prior to their current position, Coble served as the Project Engineering Manager at Nestle-Dreyers from May 2016 to February 2019. In this role, Coble managed a team of engineers and support staff responsible for executing an average of $5MM - $10MM in capital projects annually. Jerry also provided a knowledge base and technical support for the team, while also managing the capital budget, vetting project submissions, developing strategic plans, certifying contractors, and providing the necessary resources and expertise to ensure all projects were completed on time and under budget.

From September 2013 to May 2016, Coble served as a Project Engineer at Nestle Dreyers. In this role, they were responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including coordinating with different teams and departments, overseeing progress, and ensuring projects were completed on time and within budget.

Before their time at Nestle Dreyers, Coble served as Technical Manager at Pactiv, LLC from October 2012 to August 2013. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of engineers in developing new products and improving existing products. Jerry also oversaw the production process and worked with customers to resolve any issues that arose.

Coble’s career began as Division Maintenance Manager at Sunkist Growers from February 2010 to August 2012. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all Sunkist facilities. Jerry also developed and implemented maintenance programs, supervised a team of maintenance workers, and oversaw repairs and upkeep of all equipment.

From February 1999 to December 2009, Coble served as Facility Maintenance Manager at Grimmway Farms. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all Grimmway facilities. Jerry also developed and implemented maintenance programs, supervised a team of maintenance workers, and oversaw repairs and upkeep of all equipment.

Jerry Coble started their educational career by getting a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University. Jerry then got an Associate of Science in Project Management from San Joaquin Valley College-Visalia. After that, they got an ARI Certification in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology from San Joaquin Valley College-Bakersfield. Jerry then got an Associate of Science in Applied Science & Engineering from Saint Leo University. Finally, they got a Certification from the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute in ARI.
