David Stookey

David Stookey is a seasoned cyber security professional and DoD Program Manager at OuterLink Global Solutions and a Cyber Security Consultant for Small Business Consulting Corporation since September 2021. Stookey's extensive experience includes serving as Deputy Director for Communications and CIO at Air Force Global Strike Command and Director of Communications for Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa. Stookey has held leadership roles within the US Air Force, notably as Commander of the 92d Mission Support Group, overseeing significant operations and budgets. Stookey's accomplishments also include developing advanced defensive cyber capabilities at The Joint Staff, and a solid educational background with a Master's in National Security Studies and an MS in C4I Systems.
