Carlton Smith

Carlton Smith is currently a Senior Estimator at OuterSpace Landscapes Limited. Prior to this, they were a Quantity Surveyor at Aspect Furniture Systems from August 2007 to August 2012. In this role, they were responsible for pricing furniture components and furniture systems, maintaining stock control and purchasing, and processing project documentation for manufacture through the factory. Carlton also maintained accurate component cost schedules for pricing and was involved with project pricing for four sales staff over Australia and New Zealand operations. Projects ranged from a single chair to multi-level fit-outs. Other responsibilities included MAF bio-security manager for container imports, marketing, and sales.

In May 2015, Carlton became the General Manager at Paintworks Canterbury Ltd., where they were responsible for monthly financial reporting to the board, all human resource recruiting and management, and implementing LEAN principals with a service orientation - results of which were excellent. Carlton held this position until February 2017.

From August 2012 to May 2018, Carlton was the Senior Estimator at Paintworks Canterbury Ltd. And from August 2012 to April 2015, they were also the Business Development Manager.

Carlton Smith has a degree in Small Business Administration/Management from TOPNZ. Carlton also has a certification from Site-Safe in Site Safe Passport - Consultants Level.

Their manager is Jerib Robertson, General Manager. Carlton Smith works with Darryn Bennett - Project Manager/Estimator, Steve Pilton - Site Manager, and Reinah Schafer - Site Manager.
