Benjamin Harris

Benjamin Harris is a seasoned executive in the real estate investment sector, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Pinedale Capital Partners since February 2021. In addition to this role, Benjamin is a Board Member at Outerspace and a Member of the Board of Directors at both Sonita Senior Living and StorageVault. Previously, Benjamin held advisory and CEO positions at Link Logistics Real Estate and served as President of Gramercy Property Trust, where significant growth was achieved, transforming the firm from approximately $200 million to nearly $8 billion. Earlier experience includes leading US Net Lease Investments at Annaly Capital Management and serving as Managing Director at W. P. Carey & Co. LLC, focusing on sale leaseback investments. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from both the University of King's College and Dalhousie University, completed in 1998.
