Lauren Pszczola-Welke has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lauren currently holds the position of Vice President Client Operations at Outerspace since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Onboarding & Solutions at Ruby Has Fulfillment from May 2021 to December 2021. From October 2019 to April 2021, they served as a Senior Client Account Manager at Radial Inc. Before that, they held the role of Director of Program Management at Dotcom Distribution from October 2017 to August 2019. Lauren also has experience as the President/Owner of PSM (PAPP SALES MGMT.) from January 2007 to January 2018, where they built and managed a successful consultancy business. Lauren worked as a Customer Service Manager at Central Garden & Pet from January 2016 to April 2017 and as a Customer Service - Inside Sales Account Manager at HDS Trading Corp. from February 2014 to January 2016.

Lauren Pszczola-Welke attended Kean University from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work with a minor in Social Psychology. In 2018 to 2019, they enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and earned a Health Coaching Certification, specializing in Holistic Health.
