Benny Ricciardi

Benny Ricciardi has a diverse work experience in the field of design and animation. Benny is currently working as the Director of Design and Animation at OUTFIT7, where they oversee the UI team and collaborates with the tech team to enhance UI tools and establish technical requirements. Before joining OUTFIT7, Benny served as the Head of Product Design at LexicoDesign for four years. In this role, they focused on user experience, employed creative methodologies and modern technologies to solve customers' problems, and managed multiple digital product projects. Benny also has experience as a teacher, teaching computer graphics and digital marketing at Imagine School of Computer Graphics and serving as an art direction teacher at Senac Santa Catarina. Benny has worked as a Creative Director at RhinoKing - Live Marketing, where they directed interactive projects for nightclubs, bars, and restaurants, and collaborated with popular beer brands. Benny has freelanced as a Digital Product Designer and worked on various projects, including UX/UI design for Brazilian federal and state institutions at INCoD, and digital marketing strategies and 3D modeling projects at Cafundó Estúdio Criativo. In addition, they have delivered inspirational talks about their bike trip and volunteered at a hostel in San Pedro de Atacama. Overall, Benny has demonstrated expertise in design, project management, team leadership, and creative problem-solving throughout their work experience.

Benny Ricciardi pursued their education starting from 2002 to 2008 at the Universidade Federal do Paraná, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. After a break, they returned to academic studies in 2012 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina in 2014.
