Dheeraj Matta has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Financial Investigator at HSBC, where they dealt with premium clients and handled their financial requirements. In 2012, they joined Jemm Media Ltd as a Senior Business Analyst, responsible for financial reporting and developing new projects. Dheeraj then worked at Optimise Trading Europe Ltd as a Senior Business Analyst and Development Manager, where they played a key role in business development and financial forecasting.

In 2015, Dheeraj joined Protein as a Digital Business Analyst & Programmatic Manager, driving business growth through data analytics and strategic planning. Later that year, they joined Havas as an Ad operations specialist. In 2015, they became a Programmatic Operations Manager at ESI Media, overseeing programmatic operations and managing a team.

Dheeraj joined The Independent in 2017 as a Senior Programmatic Operations Manager, where they managed programmatic operations and strategy for the UK, APAC, and EMEA regions. Dheeraj also played a crucial role in revenue reconciliation and project management.

Since 2018, Dheeraj has been working at OUTFIT7, first as the Senior Director of Ad Monetisation and then as the Deputy General Manager. Currently, they serve as the Head of Ad Monetization, focusing on global ad monetization, new business opportunities, and key business relationships. Dheeraj also heads the programmatic strategy, sales, and operations.

Dheeraj Matta earned a Bachelor's of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from CMRIT, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India from 2005 to 2009. Dheeraj also obtained a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the University of Aberdeen in 2010-2011.
