Zaman Ramzan

Zaman Ramzan has extensive experience in customer service and e-commerce, currently serving as a Customer Service Team Lead at Outfitters Stores since November 2019. In this role, Zaman has implemented Intellicon Software to enhance customer experience and created customer profiles based on diverse attributes. Zaman efficiently manages inbound and outbound calls, employing computer telephony integration (CTI) and automatic call distribution (ACD) systems, and oversees operations using a ticketing system to streamline queries. Prior to this, Zaman held positions at Khaadi SMC Pvt. Ltd. as Assistant Branch Manager and Sr. Floor Lead, as well as working as a Cashier at Levis' Store. Zaman holds a Bachelor in Commerce (B.Com) from the University of the Punjab, completed in January 2015.
