Nicole Park's work experience begins in 2008 as a Private Branch Exchange Operator for Hotels & Resorts of Halekulani, where they received telephone requests and engaged in customer management training activities. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as an Administrative Assistant for New York Life Insurance Company. In 2011, they joined First Hawaiian Bank as a Wire Exchange Teller, responsible for wire transfers and teller transactions. In 2013, they started working at Wynn Las Vegas as a Payroll Clerk, processing payroll and analyzing paycheck issues. Nicole later became an Encore Tower Suites VIP Services Representative, handling guest inquiries and billing issues. In 2016, they joined OUTFRONT Media as a Payroll Analyst, managing payroll and assisting with audits, before being promoted to HR Business Analyst and then to Senior HR Business Analyst.
Nicole Park attended Loyola Marymount University from 2006 to 2008, but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study. Nicole then enrolled at the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance.
