Osai Webster began their work experience in 2009 as an Event Coordinator at Brassaii. In 2011, they transitioned to a Sales Coordinator role at Bell Média, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they held multiple roles at Rouge Media Group, starting as an Account Executive and later becoming a Senior Account Executive. Finally, since 2014, they have been working as a National Account Manager at OUTFRONT Media.

Osai Webster attended Mohawk College from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Marketing and Communications with a focus on Mass Communication/Media Studies. Prior to that, they attended Westdale Highschool. Further information about Webster's education history is not provided.
