Pinaki Pal

Pinaki Pal is an experienced professional with a strong background in IT service management and application delivery. Currently serving as the Director of Service Management and ServiceNow Platform Owner at OUTFRONT Media since March 2022, Pinaki oversees the enterprise ServiceNow platform, defining its long-term roadmap. Previously at National Grid, Pinaki held the role of Director of IT, managing service operations for over 350 business applications across various sectors, and served as Service Delivery Manager, enhancing service delivery processes. Prior experience includes a tenure at Cognizant Technology Solutions where Pinaki managed operations for a $9M portfolio and led the development of a significant clinical collaboration program. Pinaki began his career at Tata Consultancy Services as an Associate Consultant. Educational qualifications include an Executive Post Graduate Program in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication from Kalyani Government Engineering College.
