Susan Tolson

Susan Tolson is an accomplished director with extensive experience in governance and audit committees across various publicly-traded companies. Currently serving as a Director at Outfront Media and Take-Two Interactive Software, Susan chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee and the Audit Committee, respectively. Previous roles include directorships at WorldLine E-Payment Services, Groupe Lagardère, American Cinematheque, and American Media Inc., where Susan contributed to financial oversight and strategic decision-making. Additionally, Susan is a founding member of the American Friends of the Musée d’Orsay and has held trustee positions at the American University of Paris and the Franco-American Fulbright Commission. Susan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA Cum Laude in Economics from Smith College.
