From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Marketing Intern and Freelance Contributor at Generator. In 2018, they worked as a Personal Banking Advisor at Lloyds Banking Group and later as a Content Writer at Your cinema. From 2019 to 2022, Joy-Ann worked as a Banking Operations Specialist at Metro Bank (UK) before joining Outfund in 2022.
