Marina Petrenko

Marina Petrenko is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business, events, and public relations within the tech industry. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at OutGeek x Women since March 2021, Marina has cultivated a global agency focused on innovative recruiting experiences. In June 2024, Marina took on the role of Director of Lessons Learned at Fuckup Nights, promoting the value of learning from mistakes. Previously, Marina served as Director of Business and Events at WomenHack, pioneering women-focused tech events. Marina’s background also includes significant contributions at HackerX, where 13 new markets were opened, and as a PR and Marketing Consultant, managing various marketing initiatives across multiple contracts. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Radio and Television from San Francisco State University and two degrees in International Economics and Management from Kyiv National Economics University.
