Kirti Khole Ghabade

Kirti Khole-Ghabade has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles in the field of human resources. Kirti is currently working as an Operations Specialist at Outgo since 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Team Lead at PubMatic from October 2016 to November 2018, and as a Senior Executive in Human Resources from February 2015 to September 2016. Before joining PubMatic, Kirti worked at 3D PLM Software Solutions Ltd as a Senior Associate in HR for a brief period from June 2014 to October 2014. Kirti also worked at Syntel, where they served as an Assistant Manager in HR from April 2013 to June 2014, as a Human Resources Executive from April 2012 to March 2013, and as a Management Trainee in Human Resources from December 2009 to March 2012.

Kirti Khole-Ghabade completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Development from IndSearch Institute of Management from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce, General from S. P. College, Pune from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kirti has also obtained a certification in CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) from the CPHR BC & Yukon in October 2020.
