Bailey M. started their work experience in 2016 as a Provider Customer Service Professional at Regence BlueShield. They later became a Trainer in 2020 and then a Provider Customer Services Ambassador in 2018, where they assisted in resolving consumer and provider issues and identified areas for process improvement. In 2021, Bailey M. joined TicketManager as a Customer Support Specialist, where they optimized the customer experience through prompt and knowledgeable responses, provided virtual training, collaborated with other teams, and maintained high customer satisfaction. In 2023, they became a Student Support Specialist at Outlier.org.
